1. 一般委託修改次數以2次為準(實際上不會過分計較修改次數、依實際情形衡量)
請於草稿階段確實確認成品的「大方向」是否符合需求，草稿確認後的改動若非細節遺漏者將視程度提出修改費用 （然小幅改動者亦視程度可不予收費、將依本人判斷為主）
The number of revisions is limited to 2 times in general.
(There's no strict standard for adjustment, so it depends on the actual circumstance, final judgment will be based on my own discretion)2. 不可用於商業用途/獲利/收款行為，商用/買斷等授權報價另議（依需求討論，最終報價以本人判斷為準）
Non-commercial usage, commercial related deals requires a separated quotation.3. 本人在委託後仍然保有著作財產權，若成品不欲公開者請提前討論授權範圍
Copyrights still reserved by the artist, please informed us if you don't feel like to have your commissioned-work being displayed publicly.4. 對"委託者"及其"委託用途"進行保密
We will keep the content and purpose of the commissioned work confidential.5. 簡報僅為快速整理需求之用，最終仍以實際報價為準
The final price will still be based on the actual quotation6. 收款方式以匯款及Paypal（手續費6%）為主，另可ATM無卡存款（衍生跨行手續費自付，且目前不使用超商代碼）
For overseas remittances, please use PayPal and bear the transaction fees.7. 若有人設方面需求、角色/服裝設計的部分費用另計
Designs such as character, clothes and accessories type of stuff requires extra fees.8. 截稿需求若無、將會盡量在40日內完成(若有延期會最晚在30日內告知)
If deadline is not specified, the commission will be finished within 40 days
If the schedule is being procrastinated, the circumstance will be informed at 30-day mark at the latest.9. 將依收款順序作為排單順序
公開表單之順序將「不完全」代表處理順序，將受急件、尾款時間差等因素影響
We will prioritize orders based on the order of payment received. However, the sequence in the publicly available form does not necessarily indicate the processing order, as it may be influenced by urgent cases and differences in final payment timings.10. 部分委託方會將委託細節定為「不指定」，再請確實考量對於構圖/角度/色調/姿勢等部分之需求
以避免後續爭議於「覺得成品的細節過度相似於原先提供的參考」、「與自己原先構想成品落差太大」等狀況
Some of the commissioners will put the requirements as "unspecified", things like compositions, postures, colors, angles, etc.
We'd recommend commissioners to think it through, to avoid from the controversies later on.11. 請自行表明委託提供的素材或參考資料之授權，若提供未授權的素材或資料而引發使用相關之爭議者，本方恕不負責
Please specify the authorization for the assets or reference documents provided for the commission.
If unauthorized assets or contents are provided, resulting in disputes related to their usage, we will not be held responsible.

the standard of this estimation is based on a colorized-work, for drafts, black & white arts, line arts and other content will have a saparated evaluation2. 此算法只是讓委託人簡易概算價錢，最終仍以報價為準
this is just an overall estimation, the final quotation is subjected to the complexity and will be settled through the discussion3. 若有預算上限但仍想委託者可商討簡化內容後議價，然仍須以商討結果為準

"painting" and "design" are separated subject, design-related content requires a separated quotation5. 委託價格會是浮動價格(包含估價表本身)，將視各種因素整合報價，請依實際報價為準
Price will be floating numbers, subjected to both personal and external factors, the actual price is on the basis of final quotation
